My buddy Bill Power made this card for his business, Ride Above (a nod to Black Flags’ ‘Rise Above). In this past month I’ve been working more, owning more and riding less. Those close to me know I’m bumming. I’m not so worried about my five year plan… I’m more concerned with where I’ll be living in November.
Perhaps living out of a bag (and on a bike) has hurt me. It’s skewed my outlook, sure, but it’s also drained my bank account. Thankfully I’m no longer going broke, but working 45+ hours a week is a new world to me. I havent done this in awhile.
I’m slightly scared. Not for what the future holds, but for what I think it might require.
